Bonsal-Douglas Antiques was established in 1984. For the past twenty years the owners have maintained a shop in the village of Essex, Connecticut. Bonsal-Douglas specializes in Fine Art from the 17th century to the early 20th century, European furniture, the unusual, decorative and rare objects which have stood the test of time.      The contemporary division offers paintings and pottery by well-recognized American and European artists.
     Owner accessibility and guarantees are standard practice. Bonsal-Douglas offers appraisals, including house calls, buys and sells the contents of fine estates. They participate in Antique & Art Shows in New York and New England throughout the year.
